With over three decades of experience in land use law, urban planning, and government, I have dedicated my career to responsible development of our built and natural environments.  I will bring a fresh perspective to the IRWD board, with a focus on serving customers, conserving our natural environment and open space, and investing wisely in our infrastructure.
